Scheduled maintenance and emergency response at two Embassy-leased commercial properties, Reforma 305 and Liverpool 31, under a 12-month base period with option periods, awarded September 2026. PBG is the prime contractor and runs the work with a Mexican architecture and construction partner on site.

U.S. Consulate General Hermosillo – Elevator Maintenance Services

Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico

U.S. Department of State – U.S. Consulate General Hermosillo

Preventive and corrective maintenance of the Consulate's elevators under a 12-month base contract with four option years, awarded September 2026 with PBG as prime contractor. The post-award personnel and security forms were submitted; performance begins on notice to proceed.

U.S. Consulate General Guadalajara – A/E & Construction Monitoring

Guadalajara, Mexico

U.S. Department of State – Overseas Buildings Operations

Architect-engineer of record for the renovation of the Consul General's Residence: design review and quality-assurance oversight of the construction contract, held to OBO standards and Mexican building code. Construction monitoring is complete, with the final report and signed punch list delivered in October 2026; the order stays open through its 12-month period of performance.

U.S. Embassy Jakarta / INL – IT Equipment for Bakamla

Jakarta, Indonesia

U.S. Department of State – INL, via RPSO Frankfurt

Turnkey supply and delivery of 26 line items (154 units) of IT hardware and software — from all-in-one PCs and laptops to camera equipment, servers, and licenses — for the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (Bakamla), funded by the Embassy's INL section. Every item was delivered new and verified NDAA Section 889-compliant; PT Primo handled the Indonesian VAT exemption as the registered local entity, and the order was completed in October 2025.

U.S. Embassy Quito / INL – IT Workstations, Laptops & Tablets

Quito, Ecuador

U.S. Department of State – U.S. Embassy Quito, INL

Supply, export, and in-country delivery of high-performance laptops, tablets, and a custom-built workstation donated through the Embassy's INL section to Ecuador's Policía Nacional. PBG built the workstation to specification, filed the U.S. export declaration, cleared Ecuadorian customs under the donation regime with a licensed broker, and delivered to the Policía Nacional warehouse, accepted on a signed Acta de Entrega-Recepción.
