Experience: Delivered comprehensive Construction Management for a strategic 38,000 sq ft National Reference Biological Laboratory. This included managing all on-site construction, quality control, and safety personnel, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications and rigorous safety protocols, including QA/QC for all construction phases and subcontractor oversight.

Experience: Provided critical Quality Control Management and Engineering leadership for the major expansion of a 250-acre U.S. Naval Base. This involved overseeing construction of a 950m parallel taxiway, aircraft parking areas and aprons, multiple fighter aircraft hangars, munitions storage magazines, and comprehensive site infrastructure including drainage systems, electrical/mechanical utilities, high-mast airfield lighting, and road networks.

Experience: Directed the full project scope as Marine Project Manager for the critical repair and modernization of a strategic deep-water pier. Responsibilities included overseeing complex demolition, precise reconstruction of key pier sections, intricate pile driving operations, installation of tie rod systems, specialized backfilling techniques, and the integration of advanced Energy Monitoring and Control Systems (EMCS).
